General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope: These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop Photemia.

2. Contracting party: The purchase contract is concluded with Photemia, Haspelstrasse 6, 8041 Zurich.

3. Prices and payment: All prices are final prices including VAT. Payable by credit card, PayPal or direct bank transfer.

4. Delivery conditions: Delivery will be made to the specified address after receipt of payment.

5. Warranty: The statutory warranty rights apply.

6. Liability: We are only liable for intent and gross negligence.

7. Final provisions: Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
